Zachary Clark
Founder and ISA Certified Arborist (MN-4898A)
Zack has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from St. Cloud State University and is an ISA Certified Arborist. He brings his education and experience in the arboriculture industry to create a dependable, high quality tree business that our customers can enjoy from start to finish. When he is not leading his team, you can find him on walks with his wife, Tori, and their two dogs.

Environmental Sales Consultant & Manager
Mitch has Bachelor of Science, he majored in Kinesiology and received a minor in business from the University of Northwestern, Saint Paul. He has been an integral part of our company since its inception. He brings years of management experience and a passion for helping our customers find perfect solutions that are environmentally friendly. When he is not serving our customers and staff, you can find him spending time with his beautiful and intelligent wife, Bridgette, and their energetic little girl, Nikki-Jean. You might have even seen him on the sidelines coaching football.

Environmental Sales Consultant
Tanner has a background in horticulture business management and over 10 years of experience in lawn care and landscaping. He is a MN Certified Tree Inspector and holds an A.A.S. degree in Horticulture and Business Management from Central Lakes College. Tanner enjoys working with our Environmental Advantage customers and creatively solving problems to care for our environment. One of his favorite childhood memories is feeding deer with his grandma and watching over thirty deer run to them from all directions.

Lead Tree Steward “Crew Leader”
Alex holds a landscaping diploma and an A.A.S. degree in Horticulture. With over a decade of experience in the horticulture industry, his expertise ensures that your projects are completed with the highest integrity. When he is not leading our crews, Alex enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally visiting a local brewery.

Hunter
Lead Tree Steward “Crew Leader”
Hunter has a love of the outdoors that developed from camping trips to the North Shore with his family. He is an adaptive learner that works well under pressure with a carpentry background. He brings his love of the outdoors to collaborate with our clients to create a beautiful environment with vibrant trees. When he is not working at Environmental Advantage, he can be found mountain biking, skiing, or woodworking.

Caleb B.
Tree Steward
Caleb is a chainsaw artist continously improving and growing, just like a healthy tree. You can find him up in our aerial lifts pruning meticulously and removing trees, when needed. He comes from a background which he provided vegetation management operations and utility line clearance to power lines. In his free time, Caleb enjoys agate picking and enjoying quality time with his wife!

Tree & Soil Steward
Jonah holds an A.A.S. degree in Natural Resources Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies with an ecosystem emphasis and a Wildlife Biology minor. Simply put, Jonah is an expert in tree care! He brings extensive knowledge and a hardworking, can-do attitude to every worksite. Passionate about creating and maintaining healthy ecosystems, Jonah is dedicated to his work. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Tony W. earned a Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technician diploma from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. He is passionate about equipment care, truck repair, and maintenance, ensuring Environmental Advantage’s fleet runs smoothly.
Caleb M.
Tree Steward & Mechanic
Caleb brings a problem solving and can do attitude to our tree care projects and helps keep the Environmental Advantage fleet in optimal condition. While you may find him out in the field performing tree operations, he is also attentively and meticulously maintaining our trucks, equipment, and trailers on a regular basis. Caleb has a Diesel Equipment Technician A.A.S. Degree from Central Lakes College in Staples, MN. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, mountain biking, skiing, and working on his at home projects that is anything mechanical!

Israil P. brings a wealth of experience from the lumber industry and is also a CDL driver. His innate ability to swiftly master hands-on skills makes him an exceptional Tree Steward at Environmental Advantage. In his free time, Israil enjoys camping, hiking, playing D&D, and producing video streams for his local church.

They were very responsive, great prices and did a beautiful job. Cut down 5 dead pine trees plus cleaned up another one that had wind damage to several big branches. They did a terrific job cleaning up after the big trees were taken down, left no debris. Professional, friendly, highly recommend.
